There are so many countries on the earth, the each of which has its own culture, and to experience and understand some is one of my favorite. My boss got me a box of recently popular chocolate in Korea - according to his Korean wife -, which has two layers of chocolate; outside is sweet normal milk chocolate and red pepper flavored chocolate inside! It tastes sweet first, but after a seconds it becomes extremely hot into your mouth; I even shed tears a bit, but it actually is delicious! It is amazing to combine those two unlike stuff together and make it better.

A preview of the Holiday
I saw "The holiday" at a preview hosted by LA tourism board yesterday. The story wasn't the best for me but the pictures were very tastefully done. My friend and I did expect Jude Law and Cameron Diaz would show up until the credit ended, you know they came to Tokyo in the course promoting this movie on that day, but this wasn't their business, they had a huge premiere coming up...
anyways, they were doing "home exchange" thing in the movie and I found it very interesting. there are bunch of sites related to home exchange on the Internet and surprisingly so many families are applying. Is it common sense now?? Living in a new country and having a new life sounds really fun, however it is a bit scary let a totally stranger use my house. I can do it only with my friends. Anybody wants it??

I have one in my hometown but it is too huge to set here, so I made one fits in my place with the fresh flowers!

Ramen
One of the greatest snack food culture in japan is "Ramen". It is just a simple combination of noodles and soup dish, however, there are millions of Ramen places everywhere, each place has amazingly different taste...
Above are the dishes which "AJISAI/味彩" at Shimbashi serves. The left one is Miso flavored and the right one - the best ramen ever - is the soysauce taste. The second pic is almond jelly/杏仁豆腐 with blueberry syrup which was very tasty.
